Women's Swimming and Diving Team Earns Scholar All-America Honors

NEW LONDON, Conn. – The Coast Guard Academy women's swimming and diving team have earned Scholar All-America honors from the College Swimming Coaches Association of America (CSCAA).

The women's team had a combined GPA 3.10 to earn the recognition for the third straight season.

To be selected as a CSCAA Scholar All-America Team, programs must have achieved a grade point average of 3.00 or higher over the Spring semester.  

Earlier this season, senior Abigail Isaacs and juniors Rachel Seaman and Katie Toth were named to the New England Women's and Men's Athletic Conference (NEWMAC) Swimming and Diving Academic All-Conference Team with GPA's over 3.5.

Founded in 1922, the College Swimming Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) – the oldest organization of college coaches in America -is a professional organization of college swimming and diving coaches dedicated to serving and providing leadership for the advancement of the sport of swimming & diving at the collegiate level.
