Men’s Track & Field #26 in Latest USTFCCCA Rankings

NEW LONDON, Conn.-The Coast Guard men's track and field team is ranked number 26 in the latest United States Men's Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) National Team Computer Rankings.

The Bears are led by senior All-Americans Adam Scalesse (110 hurdles) and Ben Wolhaupter (pole vault) and came in with 45.14 points, just 0.59 behind Widener for 25th place.

MIT (#11) is the only school from the NEWMAC ranked ahead of Coast Guard and the Bears are third among all New England institutions (#14 Bates is also ahead of the Bears) and one of just four ranked in the top 30 (#28 Tufts is the fourth).

Coast Guard will return to action on Saturday, April 12th when they host WPI and Springfield in the annual CGA Tri-Meet.
