Scalesse Earns All-America Honors for Fifth Time in Career

LINCOLN, Neb. – Senior All-American Adam Scalesse placed fifth in the 60 meter hurdles to earn All-America status for the fifth time in his magnificent career at the NCAA Division III Indoor Track and Field Championships at the University of Nebraska.

Scalesse ran a 8.12 in the finals good for a fifth place finish of the eight runners in the final, all of whom earn All-America status.

He had the fourth fastest time (8.05) entering the championships and finished second in his heat with a time of 8.07 to earn a spot in the finals.

Scalesse placed second last year in the 60 meter hurdles at the NCAA Division III Indoor Championships with a then school-record time of 8.095. He was seventh in the event as a sophomore (8.28).

He will now prepare for the outdoor season and look to return to the NCAA Division III Outdoor Track and Field Championships again to close out his career.
