LINCOLN, Neb. – Senior All-American Adam Scalesse will once again earn All-America status as qualified for the finals in the 60 meter hurdles at the NCAA Division III Indoor Track and Field Championships at the University Nebraska. The top eight earn a spot to run for the championship.
Scalessse, with the fourth fastest time (8.05) entering the championships, finished second in his heat with a time of 8.07 to earn a spot in the finals. His time of 8.07 was the fifth fastest in the field today as a pair of runners ran sub 8.0 in this very deep field.
He is now a five-time All-American once he finishes the race tomorrow. This is his sixth trip to the NCAA Championships between the indoor and outdoor seasons.
The finals are set for 3:05 p.m. EST on Saturday.
