Sophomore Duo Compete on Day One of NCAA Championships

SHENANDOAH, TEXAS – Sophomores Chasse Sodemann and Taylor Rowe both competed in their first of three events at the NCAA Division III Swimming and Diving Championships this morning.

Rowe placed 26th in the 500 freestyle with a time of 4:33.74 while Sodemann placed 44th in the 50 freestyle with a time of 21.50.

Tomorrow, Rowe will compete in the 200 freestyle while Sodemann is off tomorrow and back in the pool on Friday for the 100 breaststroke.

The duo will both close out the NCAA Championships on Saturday with Rowe in the 1,650 freestyle and Sodemann in the 200 breaststroke.
