Bears Win Two of Three from Conn. College
NEW LONDON, Conn.—(4/15/12)—Coast Guard won two of three races from neighboring Connecticut College on the Thames River.
The Bears Varsity Eight won by 15 seconds posting a time of 6:58 while Conn. finished the course in 7:13.
Coast Guard also posted a 20 second win in the Novice Four race finishing in 7:49.
Conn. College won the Varsity Four race with a time of 7:17 while Coast Guard had a time of 7:21.
