NORTHAMPTON,MASS.--(2/23/08)--Senior Victoria Stevens took sixth place in the shot put accounting for the Bears three team points at the New England Division III Indoor Track and Field Championship hosted by Smith College.
Stevens has a throw of 37 feet, 11.25 inches for the Bears, who tied for 20th of the 24 teams.
Senior KC Gaudette tied the school record in the Pentathlon with a score of 2347 points. The score was first achieved by Heidi Heydorn in 2002.
Gaudette placed ninth in the pentathlon, and won the 800 meter race in the pentathlon with a time of 2:29.49.
