Women's Indoor Track - Inge Wins 55 Meters at Bowdoin
Ruby Inge was the only event winner for the Bears, as she won the 55 meters.
BRUNSWICK, MAINE--(2/16/08)--Ruby Inge won the 55 meters and placed third in the 200 meters as Coast Guard placed fourth of four teams at Bowdoin.
Host Bowdoin won with 175 points, Colby was second (160), Middlebury was third with 116 points while the Bears had 68 points.
Inge won the 55 meters in (7.71) and had a time of 28.14 in the 200 meters.
Also for the Bears, Patty Van Cleave was third in the high jump (4-7), Beth Stevik was third in the pole vault (8-0.5), Victoria Stevens was third in the shot put (35-11.5) while Dana Tomc placed third in the 600 meters (1:44.01).
The 4x400 relay team of Tessa Knott, Tomc, Lauren Power and Colin Fall took second (4:22.48).
