Women's Cross Country - Mcguigan Earns All-ECAC Honors
Sara Mcguigan was third overall to earn All-ECAC honors for the first time in her career.
WILLIAMSTOWN, MASS.--(11/03/07)--Senior Sara Mcguigan was third overall to earn All-ECAC honors for the first time in her careeer as defending ECAC champion Coast Guard placed 7th of 31 teams at the ECAC Division III Championships at Williams College.
Mcguigan finished the 6,000 meter course with a time of 23:10 seven seconds behind Katie Moravec from Amherst, who won the race.
Also for the Bears, junior Gwen English (24:37.4) was 42nd, senior Lauren Tumulty (25:02.09) was 55th, senior Samantha Gordon (25:12.1) was 62nd and freshman Katie Gilligan (25:53.9) was 68th.
