NEW LONDON, CONN.--(9/18/07)--Junior Devin Nwanagu scored the only goal the Bantams would need just 4:48 into the match as Trinity recorded its third straight shutout win beating Coast Guard 3-0 in a non-conference game.

Freshman Alexa Notte had the first of her two assists on the Nwanagu goal while freshman Maika Scifo had her first career goal in the 20th minute with freshman Morgan Sackman adding her first career assist as Trinity (3-1-1) led 2-0 at halftime.

Freshman Alison Evans netted her first collegiate goal 14 minutes into the second half with Notte again assisting for the 3-0 lead.

Freshman Emily Weedon and classmate Rachel Lynch each made one save combining on the shutout as Trinity outshot Coast Guard 15-3.
