NEW LONDON, CONN.--(4/20/10)--Connecticut College won all three doubles matches and five of six singles matches to beat neighbor rival and host Coast Guard 8-1 in a non-conference match.
Nick Martin won the only match for the Bears at #2 singles with a 6-2 6-1 win.
Greg Mitchell dropped a heartbreaker at #1 singles. Mitchell dropped the first set 6-3 before winning the second set 7-6 and then lost the third set 10-7.
