Men's Cross Country - Mike Flint named NEWMAC Runner of the Week
NEW LONDON, CONN.--(9/19/06)--Coast Guard Academy senior Mike Flint has been named the New England Women’s and Men’s Athletic Conference (NEWMAC) Men’s Cross Country Runner of the Week.
Flint was fifth overall and second among intercollegiate runners at the UMass-Dartmouth Cross Country Invitational. Competing in the Buddy Harris Memorial Varsity Race, Flint split 25:28.
As a team, Coast Guard finished seventh in the field of 29 schools.
