Amanda Frederick had a big day as the Bears picked up two wins at the Rebel Games.
KISSIMMEE, FLA.—(3/9/10)—Junior Amanda Frederick hit a two-run homer in the opener and was 3 for 3 in game two as the Bears, ranked 11th nationally, swept a pair of game at the Rebel Games beating Waldorf 5-1 and Emmanuel 5-0.

Sophomore Hayley Feindel scattered five hits and allowed an unearned run while striking out six in the opener. Senior Courtney Wolf hit a solo homer in the fifth and Frederick delivered a two-run shot in the sixth for the Bears.

Sophomore Maddie Buchert had three hits in the win in game one.

In the second game of the day, Frederick had hits hits including a double and an RBI while freshman Holli Bastinck had two hits, including a two-run double to highlight a three-run third as the Bears improved to 3-1 on the season.

Feindel worked four innings and allowed just one hit while striking out seven to pickup the win while freshman Catherine Walker, making her collegiate debut worked the final three innings and allowed one hit while fanning three to pickup the save.

Coast Guard improves to 3-1 on the season.
