Jasmine Elliott posted a career-best time of 28.45 in the 200 meters.
BOSTON, MASS.--(2/12/10)--Several Bears had season-best and career-best times at the BU Valentine Invitational, a meet which features athletes from All-Divisions, hosted by Boston University.

Sophomore Jasmine Elliott ran a career-best 28.45 in the 200 meters and 1:05.42 in the 400 meters. Senior Tessa Knott ran a season-best 3:15.88 in the 1000 meters to finish 35th overall.

Freshman Sarah Blatt ran a career-best 2:23.16 in the 800 meters to finish 80th out of 165 competitors and junior Alaina Kiskaddon ran a career-best 1:02.94 in the 400 meters finishing 90th out of 145 runners.

In nearby Cambridge, Mass., in the MIT Invitational, senior Claire Delanoy and freshman Gina Caylor both cleared 8 feet, 6 inches in the pole vault, which is good enough to qualify for the Division III New England Championships next week at the University of Southern Maine.
