Sam Sworden had a part in three victories in the loss to Wesleyan.
MIDDLETOWN, CONN.--(2/6/10)--Sam Sworden won a pair of individual events and was part of a winning relay, but Coast Guard lost to Wesleyan 169-126.

Sworden won the 500 freestyle (5:26.02) and the 200 IM with a time of 2:20.04 and teamed with Amy Olson, Kim Shadwick and Heidi Gayman to win the 200 medley relay in 1:55.13

Shadwick also won the 200 backstroke (2:14.61) for the Bears, who finish the dual meet season with a 6-5 record, its first winning mark in seven years.
