Johnson Knox was part of three pool records in the win over Clark.
NEW LONDON, CONN.--(1/30/10)--Johnson Knox had part in breaking three pool records as Coast Guard beat Clark 182-115 in the final home meet of the season.

Knox broke the pool record in the 50 freestyle (21.21) and was part of two relay teams which broke pool records in the win.

The 400 medley relay team of Timmy Berry, Mike Carman, Dan Alley and Knox set the pool record with a time of 3:32.98 and the 200 medley relay team of Dan Beshoar, Knox, Alley and Brian McGuiness broke the pool record with a time of 1:26.68.

Also for the Bears, Nick Cosenza won the 1,000 freestyle with a time of 10:19.84, Bryan Andrews won the 200 freestyle (1:47.41), Brett Gayman captured the 100 breaststroke (1:05.02), Kevin Smit won the 200 butterfly (1:59.07), Beshoar won the 100 freestyle (48.26), Carman won the 200 breaststroke (2:08.58), Alex Brown captured the 500 freestyle (4:51.43) and Orlando Morel won the one-meter diving event with a score of 207.6 points.

Ryan Garr broke a pair of pool records to lead Clark. He set the records in the 100 backstroke (53.20) and the 200 backstroke (1:54.04).

Coast Guard improves to 9-1 on the season while Clark drops to 2-4 in dual meets.
