Men's Swimming - Berry Named Swimmer of the Week Again
Timmy Berry earned NEWMAC Swimmer of the Week honors for the second straight week.
NEW LONDON, CONN.--(11/16/09)--Timmy Berry earned New England Women's and Men's Athletic Conference (NEWMAC) Men's Swimmer of the Week, for the second straight week as he won a pair of individual events and was part of a winning relay as the Bears won a home tri-meet on Saturday.
Berry won the 100 backstroke (53.72) and the 200 backstroke (1:56.26) as Coast Guard beat both NYU 175-116 and Wheaton 196-77.
He teamed with Matt Odom, Dan Beshoar and Johnson Knox to win the 200 medley relay (1:37.73).
