ROCHESTER, N.Y.--(12/6/08)--Senior Bryan Conrad was the top Coast Guard finisher as he placed 5th at 133 pounds at the RIT Invitational. The Bears finished 12th of the 13 teams.
Conrad, seeded fourth, lost his first match of the day to fifth-seeded Paul Rose, of Notre Dame College, 14-9. Conrad then won 11-3 and 9-4 before losing 10-8 to drop into the 5th place match. He won the fifth place match 4-3 over Tyler Altmeyer of Waynesburg University.
