Bryan Conrad was the only top six finisher for Coast Guard.
SPRINGFIELD, MASS.--(11/22/08)--Senior Bryan Conrad was the top Coast Guard finisher as he placed fourth at 133 pounds at the Doug Parker Invitational at Springfield College.
Conrad won by pin (5:49) and 11-4 in his first two matches before being pinned (2:50) in the semifinals by eventual champion Jay Giuricich of Centenary.
He bounced back in the consolation bracket with an 8-0 win before losing to Scott Legacy of Rhode Island College 9-5 in the 3rd place match.
