United States Coast Guard Academy - Department of Athletics - Men's Cross Country

WILLIAMSTOWN, MASS.--(9/27/08)--Senior Mike Persun was the top Coast Guard finisher as he placed 14th overall leading the Bears to a sixth place finish at the Williams College Purple Valley Classic.

Persun, the NEWMAC Runner of the Week last week, finished the 8K course with a time of 26.53.

Mike Haas placed 29th (27:22), Zach Henninghausen was 38th (27:36), Andrew Price was 44th (27:48) and Kevin O'Brien was 52nd (28:05).
