BRIDGEWATER, MASS.--(1/20/08)--Senior Colin Boyle was a perfect 3-0 while sophomore heavyweight Troy Robison won three out of four matches as the Bears split four matches and finished 10th at the New England Dual Championships.

The Bears lost their opening match 36-12 to Williams before beating Norwich 28-15 and Wesleyan 28-19 to earn a spot in the consolation final. Wesleyan beat Coast Guard 48-6 in the consolation final.

BRIDGEWATER, MASS.--(1/16/08)--Senior Colin Boyle (165) and freshman Will Stark (174) each won two matches, but Coast Guard dropped a pair of dual meets at Bridgewater State College.

Williams defeated the Bears 30-18 and Bridgewater State won 37-9.

Sophomore Troy Robison won at heavyweight for the Bears (0-4) against Williams, as did sophomore Andrew Armstrong at 133.

Wrestling - Boyle Wins Title at Plymouth Invitational

PLYMOUTH, N.H.--(1/13/08)--Coast Guard Academy senior Colin Boyle took first place in the 165-pound division of the Plymouth State Invitational on Sunday, leading the Bears to a fourth-place finish. Boyle won an 8-4 decision over Roger Williams's Dan Zotollo, who had previously won two tournaments this year, including the Roger Williams Invitational.

Wrestling - Bears Drop Dual Meet Opener

Junior Kevin Robinson accounted for six of the Bears points with a pin at 184 pounds.

BRISTOL, R.I.--(12/5/07)--Roger Williams tallied three pins and won two weight classes by forfeit as they beat the Bears 39-9 in the dual meet opener for both teams.

Junior Kevin Robinson won by a pin at 184 pounds while sophomore Dan Sorby won 13-6 at 197 pounds to account for the Bears points.
