Ethan begins his third season as head coach of Coast Guard Academy women’s cross country team.

Brown is also in his first season as head coach of the Bears track and field team. He also had brief cross country and track coaching stints at Babson College (2006-2008) and Springfield College (2003-2005) where he coached several athletes to All-American and All-New England accolades.

He holds a Master’s of Education in Sports Management from Springfield College and professional certifications including; Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist from the NSCA and USA Track & Field (USATF) Level I certified coach.

Brown was a standout at Springfield College, where he was a two-time All-New England high jumper. He finished 12th in the high jump at the 2001 NCAA Division III Outdoor National Championships.
