Steve enters his 39th season as the head coach of the men's cross country team at the Coast Guard Academy.
Eldridge has enjoyed a very successful career and the Bears again look to contend for a spot in the National Championships.
Coach Eldridge has coached numerous All-New England and All-American runners during his 33 years at the Academy.
In 1989 and 2001, Coach Eldridge sent his whole team to the NCAA Championships. The team finished 20th in 1989 and 17th in 2001.
Eldridge, is a 1989 inductee of the Coast Guard Academy Hall of Fame. |
