Donna is in her 11th season as head coach. In each of her first two seasons, she led the Bears to a then school record 26 wins and back-to-back trips to the ECAC Tournament and the program’s first ever post-season win in 1998.

Koczajowski led the Bears to a school record 31 wins in 2004 and she has an 10-year record of 227-155.

Coach K was at Smith Academy prior to coming to Coast Guard and she was a weight training instructor in both 1993 and 1994 at the University of Massachusetts where she earned a B.S. in Exercise Science in 1993. She was a four-year letterwinner as a catcher on the softball team.

Koczajowski earned a Masters in Exercise Science Physiology and Sport Psychology from Springfield College.
