This the home page for The Village at Buckingham in Avon. Our site has information for guests and residents of The Village. In this, the public portion of the site, you will find information about The Village on the Overlook page, a map and directions to The Village, information about the Buckingham Clubhouse, a description of the three models of homes in The Village and a list of units that are for sale.
The public section also includes information about The Village at Buckingham in Avon Association, the homeowners association that governs The Village. This includes the composition of the Executive Board, the Architectural Review Committee, the Landscape Committee and the management company that has been engaged to handle the day to day business affairs of The Village. The governing documents of The Village, which include the Declaration, the Bylaws, and the Rules, are provided for reference.
The public section also offers access to electronic versions of the newsletters published by The Village and links to the websites of the Town of Avon, the Avon Library, the Avon Schools, and a general Community website.
In the lower right side is The Village calendar. Highlighted dates represent scheduled activities. You can click on a day to see detail information of what is scheduled.
News or Announcements, if any, will appear at the bottom of this home page.
Residents of The Village may enter their username and password to access the private section of the website. Here residents may contact representatives of the various committees, view The Village Directory, view minutes of various meetings and financial reports and may access Forms for various purposes. These Forms need to be printed out and submitted. |
